When I signed up for SPOT pet insurance I had many questions. The person on the other line took time to explain the police to me in a way that I can understand. Also, when my Oliver needed an emergency services, the reimbursement came in a timely manner. I really appreciate the fact that they answered all my questions and how nice they were in time of needs.
