Signing up and getting the information was very easy and convenient and changing options was easy as well. I am not sure yet about the insurance reimbursement process because I have not used it yet.

quick and easy
I started out online, which was easy to navigate and was able to find answers to most of my questions. I ended up calling with one question, which she quickly helped me with, and then she offered to go ahead and set me up. She did so very quickly and efficiently, and was very informative and patient, and kind. I really appreciated her help.

I have been extremely pleased with this insurance company. I had another years ago with a previous pet, and everything required TONS of paperwork. It was not worth it. I feel like spot has been very fair, and so easy to use! Response time is quick.

Best experience I've had with pet insurance so far
I called this evening and was greatly assisted by Amanda. I kept her on the phone for about an hour but she was more than happy to engage in conversation and answer any questions or concerns that came to mind, and even helped me compare other companies very quickly. Since companies don't cover preexisting condition this will be a long term thing so in case anything happens, I wanted to be sure I'm making the right decision. This is company goes above and beyond the normal "accidental and illness" basics and covers most thing without a wellness package. I am feeling very confident that I've made the right long term decision for my pet all because of Amanda!
