Overpriced
I wanted to add an additional pet to my Embrace policy. After researching pet insurers, I found one with the same benefits + more that was HALF the price. Also, Embrace has many restrictions related to making changes to the policy. I guess I should have done more research!

First time I've ever had pet insurance and was very leery about it. I read reviews on several companies before choosing Spot. So far, I have had a very positive experience and feel a sense of relief knowing that if an unexpected pet emergency was to occur, I have insurance.
