I love MetLife insurance for my pets
I love MetLife insurance for my pets. The claims are easy and simple. I’ve talked to customer service only once but they were great to talk to! I think the only thing that may be a little difficult is the price increase is almost doubled from when i first got it but other than that i have no complaints!

DO NOT use their Fetch Pet RX. It is terrible it took forever for prescription to get approved, maybe not their fault. It got approved on April 24th and they still have not sent it out and its May 2nd. Will never use this service again!

MetLife is 100% a life saver
MetLife has been a wonderful addition to our lives. They’ve been great about covering everything they say they cover and claims are easy to submit. Even the one time something was incorrectly denied they were fast to ask me to resubmit and reimburse me. Reimbursement is fast and easy! Usually within less than a week of submitting a claim I have the funds direct deposited into my account. As long as things remain this way I will always have met life for all my current and future pets!
