Quick and very easy to submit claims
Embrace made it so easy to file our multiple claims. I was able to track the progress of my claims on their website and see when the claims had been approved. The reimbursement was deposited directly into my checking account and I was able to use it right away. No surprises, no problems. Very easy all the way around.

Easy enrollment and superb customer representative
Phone representative was very knowledgable and quick to answer all of my questions. He walked me through each step and made sure I had a clear understanding of my payment and what Trupanion would financially cover in case of an accident and vet visit. I feel confident that pet and I are well taken care of in case of accident and or injury.

Easy process
Our previous insurer consistently found reasons to limit or deny reimbursements. Even if the vet requested a test or procedure, that company denied coverage. We could only afford accident/preventive care so out-of-pocket expenses were astronomic. Met Life seemed more expensive but has proven to pay for itself. One of our 3 dogs developed aspiration pneumonia and required 3 1/2 days of ICU care; within 3 weeks we'd received 80% reimbursementon a bill of over $5,500.

Its a scam...
People who get pet insurance usually want something they can rely on to be there when their little child animal gets sick or hurt, knowing they are unable to afford the vet bills. In this case, PetsBest is a huge scam taking over a month just to deny all my claims from taking my dog to the vet from being very ill. Causing another round of bills to come by to collect just so they can take their time and say no while cashing out my monthly bill.

Embrace is a lifesaver for sure
Embrace is a lifesaver for sure. Having two dogs is quite expensive when they have to go to the vet. They get you your refund pretty quick which is very important in these times. Unfortunately I chose one of my pets because my other one has too many preexisting conditions, she is over 10 years old. Thank you Embrace for taking care if Gracie, we all appreciate it. Oh and I will definitely use them for future pets. Very affordable.
