My husband passed away and I had to get a new policy in my name only. I had a very patient wonderful young man walk me through it. Also the old policy number was 501016531 and had a credit balance of 68.91. I am my husbands executor and I would appreciate your depositing that balance to the source of my new policy.

Excellent
Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and we had to undergo cancer treatment with chemotherapy. Without pet insurance it would be very difficult.Thank God that since March 2022 I made a policy and the treatment is covered. I already received my first reimbursement for the expenses we paid and the whole process has been quick and easy. Do not hesitate to take out insurance for your pets. It's worth it.

I’d go elsewhere for insurance
Personally I wouldn’t choose this insurance company again, I got into a bad accident end of July, car totaled, I was found at fault because I swerved when animal ran into the road to avoid it coming crashing through the windshield, that’s fine, whatever. But after my accident, while I could barely move out of bed because of a popped rib and heavily contused knee, I had to fight to get below the actual value of my car (my adjuster went on an week vacation as well so I got zero communication from anyone else at the company during that time) And when it came to income replacement they had no intention of helping with that when very clearly I was injured enough to miss work even though I didn’t break bones. Summing it up, I had fight for the value of my car, yet still wasn’t paid it, and was not compensated for missed income even though that should’ve been covered and was suppose to be covered under the policy i had been paying for. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my family and friends or anyone else. I’ll be going elsewhere soon enough.

I had PetsBest insurance day I rescued two cats. One of them recently diagnosed Heart murmur and needs to monitor cardiology twice a year. Without PetsBest, I won’t be able to pay $900 lab fee per visit. It is so easy to process a claim and reimbursed as expected and on time. I truly thank PetsBest to that I can give my cats the best medical treatment without money problem

Rejected AGAIN and very disappointed
I'm very disappointed with the rejection of my claim. I filed a claim for my pet's ear infection and it was rejected due to prior ear infections. That was just not true! She went in to have her ears looked at once before and they were fine. I was given dog ear wash because my dog likes to swim and I wanted to make sure she didn't get any ear infections. She also had a little rash when we got her and Figo claimed that she had allergies (because of a baby rash). She does not or has never had allergies! That rash went away immediately after we got her home. Good luck getting any kind or payment from Figo. I went back to the Vet and got additional information and it was still rejected.

It took a whole year and a half before…
It took a whole year and a half before I was able to get any reimbursement from PetPlan. Thanks to Adam Altman who took his time to review my appeal and resubmitted for me. He himself could not see why it had been denied since I had all of my documents there. Other representatives could not help me at all. Thank you Adam Altman for your help. This took place back in March 25, 2021 and I talked to Adam on September 1st 2022.
