Affordable, Fast and Convienent Service! However, I haven't made a claim yet, *knock on wood* hopefully I never have to! It was fast, super easy to fill out, got my insurance and was able to drive my new vehicle same day. Wonderful and easy to use insurance
I have a 1yo Cavapoo. He is a happy and healthy little boy, but we had two incidents with his tummy last year that ended up expensive. At the time, I was moving and out of state, so it was nice to not worry about how much it would cost to help him, because I knew Healthy Paws had his back. It was super easy to file a claim and I had the reimbursement within a week of submitting. They even reached out to check on him shortly after. Prudent pet may be more expensive than other pet insurers, but when my pet had an accident or injury, there were no questions asked and Prudent Pet promptly reimbursed me. I appreciate how easy they are to get a hold of. Their website is easy to use. The staff are friendly on the phone. I spoke to Stephanie today and she was excellent at helping me get my new pet insured.
