Spot is the BEST!!!!
Spot is the BEST!!!!! We have used Spot for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed! They give your money in a timely fashion and without any argument. I highly recommend Spot to any fur baby owner who wants the peace of mind to know that they can care for them without breaking the bank.......our little min pin got bit by a rattle snake and in accordance with our plan, they took care of us promptly......THANKS SPOT!!!!!!!!!!

First time purchasing pet insurance. Decided to get one when we got a new puppy. Claims are easy to send in and happy with reimbursements on everything wishing I purchased pet insurance for our other dogs previously. Just takes week or so to get reimbursements. Happy with Spot insurance so far.

Chase was phenomenal
Chase was phenomenal. Their customer service was phenomenal. The fact that she had over 5 years as a vet tech shows that they are hire experts. Not only does their plan cover my dog but more importantly a chance. Covering Pre Existing gives me the financial chance to do what's best for my dog.

Appeals nightmare corrected
Update: less than 24 hrs after I posted the review both claims resolved. Thankful for them making it right in the end and apologizing but still disappointed that it came to me posting a review to get things done after a obstacle course with appeals for a month on a claim that was denied for a refill of a prescription they had already approved. They said they took the feedback and hope that improvements will be made because of it. So because of the apology and resolve I am changing my review from a 1 to a 4. I hope to never have to deal with a wrongfully denied claim again. Or if I do the appeals process goes much smoother.
