Submitted my claims but it took a really long time. I have another pet insurance company for my puppy and they only took 2 weeks to process and get my return back. But unfortunately Pets Best took almost a month and a half for me to get my return and I’m still waiting on the deposit to my account. It’s very easy to submit the claim and use the app but I just wish the return time was a little faster.

We bought Spot for both of our oriental kittens and Spot has been wonderful in covering the reimbursements. Having pure bred cats can come with some more health concerns and we are glad that we have spot coverage.

It’s been okay
It’s been okay. Multiple times I’ve had to call and get refunded correctly. Spot insurance almost took over $150 if I wouldn’t of been on top of it

I am paying double by keeping my puppy insured. Every time I have taken her to the vet I have to pay the 300-dollar copay when I was told that it was going to be one per year. It takes them forever to review the medical documents. Honestly, have been thinking about cancellation.
