Our pet just had surgery on his knee and, not only did HealthyPaws come through for us with the dollars, but they followed up to ensure he was doing ok. This is not the first claim with them and they have been supportive and responsive all the way. Thank you

I’ve been a member for at least 12 years. I had 2 yorkies. First day I got one of them he had seizures. I brought him to my vet and trupanion was offering 30 day trial. I’m so grateful that happened in the sense that they covered 90 percent of all his illnesses. I had coverage for his brother too which I had to use and for my cat. It allowed me to have tests done bc I knew I would be reimbursed and was able to give my pets the best possible care. I still have trupanion today for my cat who is 9 and my brand new kitten

I canceled my pet insurance today and I decided to open a bank account for my dog. I don't have to beg for my money each time I submit a claim. They always come up with hidden policy to refuse assist you you when you need help.

Very long wait for claim. 12 weeks and counting……
Waiting 12 weeks for a wellness claim that was reduced by a 1/4 for services considered not covered. When all that the vet provided was basic routine shots and check up.

With the cost of everything getting so expensive. I decided to look into pet insurance . Spot had the best reviews and the price was reasonable. I honesty had some doubts . You hear things about insurance and I was not sure if I would end up needing it or what it would cover . I'm grateful and I can say that they are a great company. What seemed to be a small issue turned into a surgery and spot made it so easy to file the claim and they approved and reimbursed us quickly . Highly recommend!
