They just randomly increase my monthly…
They just randomly increase my monthly payment from 49$ a month to over 70$ a month. They wrote a sob story about how everything cost more now.... I'll be switching over to another company shortly. Trupanion's Gross Profit for the three months ended in Jun. 2023 was $29 Mil. Trupanion's Revenue for the three months ended in Jun. 2023 was $271 Mil. Therefore, Trupanion's Gross Margin % for the quarter that ended in Jun. 2023 was 10.86%.

Short-changed
We pay for 80% reimbursement, and only received 20% reimbursement from a $200 bill. What's up with that? We should have received $160, instead of $88.

Just took home our pup 3rd dog for us and this time we opted for insurance. Peace of mind and vet service has become more expensive in the last 25 years. Spot immediately paid for a large portion of our pup prep expenses. Easy service prompt approval and peace of mind.

BEWARE Figo calls EVERYTHING a “preexisting condition” despite no evidence of any conditions and a vet backing up no preexisting conditions
My dog was given a preexisting condition for her entire rear end from 1 vet visit that I asked for doggy Advil to help with recovery after Flyball and agility practice. She didn’t have any pain, vet noted no issues, vet noted no injuries or dog showing any sign of pain. I still don’t understand the preexisting condition my dog has and figo refuses to work with me or actually look into the condition they’re claiming is preexisting. She was seen by multiple rehab vets who also back up that my dog has no injury or any signs of pain yet figo refuses to listen to any of them over one vet noting “PERCEIVED owner discomfort after extreme exertion” vet notes no signs of pain or injury. I never knew a very tired dog was considered pre existing to figo when a vet noted multiple times there’s nothing wrong with the dog

JUST RECENTLY ADOPTED A BERNESE MOUNTAIN PUPPY FROM A RESCUE AND DECIDED TO INVEST IN PET INSURANCE SINCE THESE GUYS DO TEND TO HAVE SOME HEALTH ISSUES IN THEIR LIVES. DID A COMPARISON WITH OTHERS AND CHOSE EMBRACE FOR OVERALL GOOD COVERAGE. THE REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH WAS KIND, PATITIENT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
