A company with Integrity and Compassion
I am so thankful I decided to purchase Healthy Paws insurance when I first got my pup and have nothing but gratitude for the quick and professional manner in which this company operated in processing a recent claim. Many years ago I had an immensely disappointing experience with a previous pet insurance company (a company I’m hoping no longer exists) and thought the entire industry was likely of similar “snake oil” practices. I later decided their bad apples should not contaminate the rest, and spent considerable time researching options when I got another dog...and it was well worth the effort. Thank you for being a company that operates with integrity, kindness and compassion, and for actually doing what one hopes will be done when unfortunate circumstances befall a beloved member of the family. Such a refreshing and welcomed quality. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Figo insurance is easy to use and simple in explanations. As soon as we met deductibles, insurance reimbursed the rest. I just needed to submit necessary information and documents.

This company owes me a refund and told me to wait 8 to 10 weeks, Which I did, and I think it's an absolutely ridiculous time frame. And now that we're past that time frame. I am being told that they're now having issues with IT tickets and the manager that I escalated to(Toni) can't do anything. The company has no problem taking money out of my account every month, But yet when I need to refund I get jerked around. Terrible.

Pumpkin is a scam! They would not pay for an ear infection b/c they said it was a preexisting condition! Don't waste your time or money with this group! Look somewhere else for honest service.
