We are not a new Trupanion member but joined the Trupanion family in 2009 when we became the proud parents of two Labrador Retriever puppies, Hershey and Bailey at 9 and 8 weeks old. Trupanion was always there when we needed them, made the claims process easy and paid claims fairly and swiftly. On October 21, 2023 we adopted a beautiful Labrador Retriever mix puppy names Ella Bella, had her at our Vet on October 30th and promptly registered her with Trupanion that same day. We would have chosen any other company for her medical insurance needs. We would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone needing medical insurance for their beloved pets.

I am so glad I have Pets Best!
I have had other pet insurance companies in the past who did everything they could to avoid paying my claim. I have received a substantial amount of money from my insurance provider and actually sometimes wonder how they are making any money because my dog had a $3,000 claim for cancer surgery and I believe about 2/3 of that was paid by insurance. I was extremely happy and have also been very happy with the claim payments on my 1 year old puppy's wellness plan.

Have had Nationwide pet insurance for nearly 10 years and they have always settled my claims promptly and if I had a query were always most helpful. I always recommend Nationwide to people.
