Great Pet Insurance!
I've had Healthy Paws for 6 years now for my German Shepherd. Unfortunately she was born with Addisons which requires expensive monthly visits to the vet. She's also had many costly health issues over the years. Healthy Paws has always made it easy and fast to file claims and get reimbursed. I don't know what we would have done without their help!

Fabulous Company
This company has been absolutely fabulous to deal with since I first signed up with them. My Australian Kelpie, Santolina Nell, a rescue, shortly after we got her, developed a cancerous kidney and had to have it removed. They took care of the claim in record time, and each time the sweet old girl has had an issue, there settlement time, payout, has been as good as it can get. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only have the settle the claims each and every time, but their coverage is truly the only reason she has been able to live this long. Without this insurance, I would not have been able to "keep" her this long. I am so very grateful to have found them and chosen this company to give my dog the best care possible.

Rebecca gave great customer service and is the main reason I went with Prudent. Some of the other companies did not call back but she was right on the ball and answered all my questions. In addition Prudent has a high rating with Trustpilot and BBB, which also helped me decide to go with this company.

Good...Could be better
Figo is a good Insurance company that allow us to customize the coverage that our pets need. One thing I would wish is that the Basic Wellness coverage shouldn't be so specific, it is set at $135 per year but it is set to $20 for exams, $30 for vaccines, $40 for Spay/Neuter and teeth cleaning...etc. Why can't you set it just $135 for the whole Basic Wellness for whichever needs. Chances are Microchip, Spay or Neuter is never going to use again since adoption.

I wish I had shopped around more…
I wish I had shopped around more and read more reviews when choosing a pet insurance company for my puppy. When I joined, this was called Pet Plan. Maybe I joined right before the transition to fetch but there was no website to use, only an app that never worked. For about a year the app didn't work. Now it seems ok but its the hugest pain to submit a claim because they don't just accept the straightforward invoice that other companies want...no, no, no, this company wants you to send the vet notes and all of the documents from all of the previous visits before they take their sweet time to process the claim. I mean the longest processing time I've ever experienced. Oh and if you're in Canada, they can figure out how to take your money directly out of your bank account, but not how to deposit it there once you finally see some money back. So they mail you a cheque in the mail!! Also, every single year, my premiums have gone up about $10 per month!! So if you think you're getting a deal with the initial quote, think again!! I just got my renewal letter for the coming year. The premiums are going up to over $60/month when I've been paying $45 per month; this is AFTER I halved my coverage last year because the monthly payments keep going crazy high upon renewal. Don't forget, with these pet insurance companies, if your puppy ever gets something like an ear infection, good luck changing to another insurance company because that's called "pre-existing condition" and that will not be covered going forward. The other thing I'd like to mention here is the fact that one day I looked into my account and could see all of the personal information of another person! Names, addresses, phone number, all pet information and history and even some payment information. I immediately contacted Fetch and they acted like this total breach of private information was no big deal! I personally contacted the person to tell them what had happened and this company didn't even tell them it had happened! I take great issue with that and so should you. I feel stuck using them now since my pup has had a few claims. I think it would be better to take the money I'm paying in premiums and put it in an account for a day I might really need it for my pup instead. Funny how the company reached out to me after I left this honest review, but has never tried to resolve anything when I call them.
