We are pleased with the service we have recived so for. This is the first pet we put insurance on out of four schnauzer, we are so glad that we did, it has been wonderful & rewarding to save some money. Wish we would of done it with the other three schnauzers. It has been easy to work with the Provider. Thank you
Soooo glad I have this insurance
i am glad I decided to get this. Since I have started this insurance my dog has had ACL surgery, started sort of seasonal allergies and has had a clogged tear duct procedure. Usually we are only at the vet on a year for shots! This saved me so much money for all that unusual stuff that happened this year.I have been telling all of family and friends to get it.

Avoid Embrace
Avoid Embrace! Embrace waited to finish my dog’s medical history review for over eight months. When the review was finally completed, Embrace provided inaccurate and unacceptable findings on my dog’s preexisting conditions. I immediately cancelled the policy and requested a refund for the months I paid with no services provided in exchange. From January 24 to October 30, 2023, Embrace provided no coverage and did not attempt to contact me, obtain records, or cancel the policy. Nonetheless, Embrace took my money and now refuses to refund me. Embrace has stolen my money and prevented me from obtaining meaningful insurance for my dog. My dog is now ill and I am left without coverage. Please avoid this company at all costs!!

Peace of Mind - HIGHLY Recommend!
After giving much thought to whether or not I wanted to purchase pet insurance for my fur-baby, I did extensive coverage which was narrowed down to two options - Embrace was one of them. I was struck by the broad coverage they offer sparing no detail. Compared to other companies, Embrace seemed like the likely choice taking into account the tail to nose coverage, app interface, quick turnaround for claims, and very clear/transparent policy, Thx far, I have found their customer service to be impeccable from Sales/Onboarding to regular customer care — everyone I have spoken to thus far has been knowledgeable, warm, kind, and patient. Additionally, there is a strong coordination of care with Embrace which means when you call Customer care more than once, everything is noted in your file and the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. Lastly, their pricing is more than fare. And so is the company. After signing up for one plan I had within a day wanted to change the maximum from 30k to Unlimited and I was able to accomplish that with ease only having to pay the difference. The policy change was automatically confirmed via email and all was updated in the app on the following day. When I first initially called sales/onboarding I had so many questions - my representative was so patient with me and was so well-informed and able to answer every single question I had. HIGHLY recommend Embrace - you won’t be disappointed. And it’ll bring you a peace of mind that you’re looking for in a pet insurance plan!

I have Trupanion for over 3 1/2 years…
I have Trupanion for over 3 1/2 years for my first puppy, never had a claim. When I submitted my first claim 5 weeks ago for my 1st dog. The claim was closed and a message was sent that this is the wrong dog! I had added my 2nd puppy a week earlier! When I've called Trupanion I was advised that I needed to file to reopen the claim!! Not convient and it wasn't my mistake. I still haven't received the claim result.
