Poorly Designed App
Their app is too limited. It did not allow me to input the paid invoice after I had uploaded the estimate. This caused me to have to exchange multiple needless emails with Spot just so I could send them the paid invoice. Other then that, they seem like an ok company. They just need to fix their app to work in the real world.

It is very easy to upload claims and Spot Insurance reviewed and completed my claims in a timely matter. I would highly suggest getting Spot Pet Insurance if you were interested in Pet Insurance.

Please avoid this company
I provided all the documents for my claims and they keep making excuse of missing docs to delay the processing. They even contacted the Vet office without my consent to access my pet health record. I thought it’s illegal in California to access pets’ health record without owners’ consent!
