PetsBest is horrible all around!!
PetsBest makes false statements on their website just to get clients. They are not the fastest company at processing claims, as I have over 8 years with another pet insurance company proving PetsBest month+ long waits at processing claim is NOT the fastest! Their employees are unqualified for the proven fact they tried denying my claim that the pets name and and service dates where not listed on the invoice.....WHICH THEY CLEARLY WERE!! Their staff members can be rude and will hangup on you and when you try to get the name of the rude employee that likes to hangup the phone, you are refused that information and refused to be connected to that person. PetsBest does not have adequate trying for their employees, making the statement on their website about having well trained staff another false statement. They also do not post real representation of customer ratings, making them deceive clients to get more business. I would NEVER recommend such a deceitful, lying and corrupt company to anyone!! Do your research and def. do not choose PetsBest!!!

5 Stars for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
I bought pet insurance last year when I rescued my dog. My cousin highly recommended Healthy Paws. I could not be happier with Healthy Paws! My dog was unexpectedly sick, requiring a lot of tests, and then I had to take her in for an emergency vet appointment when she ate chocolate from my purse. I didn't have to worry about the cost because of my pet insurance. The whole process is seamless - I upload my vet bills through the Healthy Paws app or website and they promptly issue the reimbursement.

Freddie my new Havanese Puppy
I got a new Havanese puppy in June. I immediately started looking for pet insurance due to the rising cost of Veterinary care. Spot insurance was the first insurance that showed up on my search. Met life Pet
This is my first dog ever. I adopted him as a 7 year old rescue. Being older myself i knew health care is important I did a lot of research and Met Life offered the most benefits including wellness. The best part it was also the best value. They are quick to get to , easy to file claim. They even include flea, tick, heart worm meds….all under one deductible. You chose the deductible and maximum that works for your dog and your wallet. I am very pleased i chose Met life pet. Its really important to have coverage for your pets. They cant tell you when they are sick and having this plan offers me ease of mind that i can take him to get checked without feeling i am going to break the bank! A few friends of mine have also signed up their dog with Metlife after my positive experience. May all our dogs live happy healthy lives🐶

Quick reimbursement process
Quick reimbursement process. I had this other pet insurance it takes about 6-8 weeks for the reimbursements after submitting claims. Spot Pet Insurance took only one week to process and direct deposit into my account. Love it.

Amount Coverage and Time for Reimbursement
I did not like the fact that it took almost a month to give me my claim reimbursement. The plan packet is just not what I expected- covering meds, supplements, and certain tests/exams. I got 1/4 of what I paid. I think the coverage is limited to what a lot of pets need.
