My dog recently went into heart failure and had several big bills. Luckily she is insured with Pets Plus Us. They have been so helpful in getting her healthy.
Will be looking for another pet insurance
First they did not cover very much for a proceedure for my dog. Now, when I submitted a claim, they asked for medical records. It was a very simple claim. I don't know why they need medical records. I think they just want to delay the process in hopes I forget about the claim. I will be looking for another pet insurance.

Trupanion insurance for 1 year old …
Trupanion insurance for 1 year old cat cost 42.5 dollar monthly, cat showed signs of sickness and vomited, took cat to vet on emergency , 400 dollar claim declined as this could have been prevented. The cat is indoor cat it is getting all vaccination and best quality food . This is dishonest insurance!!!!!!!!!

Sweet Redemption! Apology Excepted!
Previously, I reviewed ASPCA, and was applauded at how the company swiftly, willing responded to my concerns on how claims were being handled. In the mist of all the commotion, our sweet, elderly furry family member became very ill, and we lost him. After mourning his lost, we encountered the warmest email from ASPCA, and they went above and beyond to help us to finish his claims, even after he was gone. Sometimes it is easier to make a hasty opinion about a company, until you have to deal directly with them. After dealing directly with ASPCA Pet Insurance, I had to come back to Trust Pilot, and make it right for my deceased furry family member. They are a superb company, after you understand their process. I respect and thank them for acknowledging my loss. When we or if we get another furry family member, ASPCA, will be the first company we will use to insure our loved one. Freaking great
I checked out the competition, but their cost was just too high. Was considering self insuring. Then I checked out PPU and the price was quite reasonable for my breed. All my claims have been quick with no hitch. All calls have been competent, professional and pleasant. I Highly recommend them.
