Pets Best is the BEST
Pets Best has always been incredible and supportive. They're prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. My dog, Ozzy Zildjian Pawsbourne Prince of Barkness, had Irritable Bowel Disease, Seizures, Pneumonia, Kennel Cough, and a Flea Allergy, to name a few things. Pets Best has been by my side all the way. If I had questions or concerns about my policy, they were there. When Oz had surgery, I was scared and worried for him, but I knew with Pets Best, I wasn't alone and would have some of his expenses taken off my shoulders at a time when all my attention needed to be on him. Ozzy was a fantastic dog and will always be in my heart. I am eternally grateful for all the help and care Pets Best provided us. If you're looking into Pet Insurance because you don't have thousands in your emergency account, please look no further. They will give you the kindness and support you need in your time of need.

Quote was fast, on line, no pressure. Sign up was just as easy. Trupanion made all follow up info easy and accessible by email. Can't comment on claims or coverage, let's hope we never have too, for our pets sake.

Purchased a policy for my new puppy
Purchased a policy for my new puppy. In the 1st year I had two covered claims. The claims were handled quickly after all my information was received and I was reimbursed. Definitely worth the money.

I'm very grateful for Embrace
I'm very grateful for Embrace. They make the claim process very easy. I recently submitted for an appeal for my pet that was documented on initial evaluation that he had a preexisting condition which he did not. Still, I did not catch since I don't review the veterinary records. I did contact Embrace and they were able to assist me with what to provide to be able to remove the "preexisting condition". I would highly suggest anyone who has an elder pet to get Embrace. Illnesses and accidents are not planned. We purchased the policy over a year and half ago I think and just recently he became ill and we were able to use the policy which was a huge "peace of mind".

Excellent Responsiveness, Questionable Increases
I've had only great experiences with MetLife pet insurance in terms of phone responsiveness and ease of making a claim. My only concern is that my rate went up 40% in one year, and no one was able to adequately explain that large increase. I understand my dog is one year older and veterinarian care in TN may have increased from last year, but FORTY PERCENT?!?!? Still a better price than most, though the increase did cause me to shop around a bit. We'll see what next year bring...

Best decision we ever made!
Our young rescue dog suddenly developed a neurological issue requiring many visits to specialists and a high level of care. He is living his very best dog life thanks to Pets Best - it allows us to give him treatments and care we would not be able to afford without this insurance. Everyone is always helpful and the claims process is very easy.
