Most truthful insurance company so far
Because I loved the sign up experience, every âLearn moreâ highlighted tab actually explained what I had questions about. Other pet insurance companies usually use it so hide all their exclusions from the policy. I donât know how this insurance works in practice, but for now I am taking your words at face value.

Hate your insurance
Hate your insurance! I am paying for 90% and you don’t cover anything. I feel like I’ve been lied to and robbed. I should never have left Nationwide to save $20 by going to you. Worst pet insurance ever!

Not sure what to make of Trupanion
I have had a very good experience with Trupanion until recently. All of a sudden they are raising my rates and making changes to the policy and how it works and how things are calculated. I find it very dishonest.

This pet insurance is a scam!!!!!
This pet insurance is a scam!!!!!! Don’t get it. I was paying extra for Illness then when I filed a claim I found out my dog wasn’t covered for Illness due to his age but it never said that in the policy. I called to cancel my policy and they never canceled it and was still charging me and won’t refund me my money.
