Well my claim has been in since 3 or 4 weeks , the whole submitting the claim was quite easy however I was told I was missing vet records, my vet submitted and fetch co firmed they have from June 2023 to Nov 2023 but require the last years medical records ? I only picked up my puppy June 17 2023 at 8 weeks old, how would I have any previous record? Wry frustrating , seem to be just going In circles ! No one answers what else I can submit ? There are no vet records prior to June ? It’s been almost a month
