Not true all insurance info that they show , After taking like 4 months of all proof they still denied my claim , never couldn’t get in touch with any live representative until you tell them you are going to cancel membership…. Then they will sent you a phone number , Rip offs ……. I spend $833 they paid nothing I sent out all proofs they ask me….

I am satisfied to a point....but have complaints regarding claims
I am satisfied with the accessibility of customer service by phone. However, willingness to pay claims is below my expectations. I have been in dispute with you regarding classification of "illness/ailments" of one of my insured pets vs. qualifying covered medical conditions for some time (nearly $1,000.00 in denied claims). I have also initiated an appeal on at least one large denied claim which has been ongoing for over 75 days. I'm wondering why I pay for insurance.
