You definitely feel embraced
The agents are so caring and compassionate. They really care about your fur babies. They follow up and ask how are they doing and you feel remembered. I only trust my kitties with embrace because they are a warm hug. I’ve been embraced I’m a believer lol

Love that's the policy is easier to understand through the app. And that online vets are available. However wish that it was easier to gather the stuff needed for the claims.

I have been very pleased with Embrace. They live up to their contract, are prompt with claim reimbursements and are nice people to work with. I've had pet insurance before which was a disaster. Embrace is excellent and I highly recommend the company.

Really bad
Really bad. They sat on claims for 10 months, denied having received vet records multiple times. Customer Service indicated that there might be addition pre existing conditions for which they would have to deny coverage. Someone needs to help them understand what pre-existing means. Claims adjusters were just a mess. Manager of claims adjusters was douchey. Collectively they were just not honest or ethical. Finally I ran out of patience, took them to task about it all and in one afternoon they cleared 11 claims and reimbursed a couple of thousand dollars. If I had not escalated to the head of underwriting. I’d still be waiting for payment. Not a good company. Get your insurance somewhere else.
