A beneficial choice
For the first time since 1973, when I first started owning dogs, I decided to purchase pet health insurance for both of my dogs. Fortunately, I made that decision when they were just pups, locking in a reasonable rate. Having had many dogs in the past who have had complicated medical issues, such as cancer and bloat, I thought it a wise decision. I was right. One of my present dog developed a chronic autoimmune issue, with associated symptoms and medical issues. Healthy Paws initially asked for lots of documentation, which I understood and provided, but once we got the process started, they have been fast and accurate in their reimbursements for medication, diagnostic tests, and treatments. They recently even wrote to ask about my dog's health and how he was doing, They seemed truly interested in my input. I am so relieved I was able to purchase insurance, as I do not know if I could have afforded George's treatment easily. I highly recommend!

Worth it for a furry family: 2 cats, 1 dog
I've never used pet insurance before, but decided to try it once I went from 2 to 3 pets. ManyPets has been easy to use and worth it even in this first year. When one of my pets became ill and had many vet visits, I was so glad I chose it. Uploading vet bills only takes a moment, the team is responsive and explains why things are or aren't covered, and almost everything has been covered, including my cat's end of life care. It really made a difference for my furry family. And knowing that I had good pet insurance made it easier to say yes to trying different treatments to keep my pet feeling like their self.

Push email for password set up is far too slow
I just signed up and have been trying to set up my password but when I put in my email I get a notice that an email will be sent to me for password set up however it doesn't show up until much later. I keep refreshing email waiting for it and then I have to leave my system and when I come back it finally comes in but says my 30 minutes are up and I'm back to square 1. The push email from you needs to be faster, there is no reason for the lag

Our youngest dog began having seizures and was seen in the ICU for three days. During her time there she received wonderful care and endured multiple tests to determine the ethology of her seizures. Thankfully with pet insurance we didn’t have to withhold any care out of financial concerns and now our girl is home and doing well. Pets Plus Us reimbursed us everything we were entitled to and within only a couple weeks. Very impressed!

Prompt Claim Reimbursement
Excellent service for our claim. We never expected to have to use our insurance so soon for Bob, but at nine months he developed some serious symptoms. We just found out he has miningites. His outlook does not look good and the medical bills are mounting. So glad we had gone with this company.
