I have been a Spot Pet Insurance customer for over 8 months now, and I am very happy with their service. I have one dog the name Bella a German Shepperd she has a heart issues. The coverage is very comprehensive and affordable, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that my dogs are protected from any unexpected health issues. The enrollment process was quick and easy, and the claims process was smooth and fast. I submitted a claim online and I received the reimbursement within a week. Overall, I would highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance to anyone who loves their pets and wants to provide them with the best care possible.

Our initial claim was denied based on a purported pre-existing injury, which was untrue. The rejection was linked to a previous report of limping on a different leg a few months earlier. I've now submitted a new claim for a different injury to my dog, but it's still pending processing. The delay has resulted in an automatic payment being deducted. I advise avoiding this company, it seems their primary focus is collecting money rather than fulfilling claims.

Increase in rate very disappointing
The increase in price was advised to me yesterday. When inflation is overwhelming us (gas & food), this added hardship was hard to take. So I had to reduce annual amount, increase deductible, remove Rx coverage. I’m keeping it for now, but shopping the competition to see if there’s something else I might consider.
