Pets Plus Us is great!
My cat needed major surgery last month and Pets Plus Us was incredibly supportive. Their affordable plans took a huge weight off my shoulders and the customer service team showed such kindness and help during a difficult period. They made the process more manageable and for that, I'm truly grateful.

I have just signed up for your pet insurance. As of yet I have not used it. All preventative was done but I look forward to you helping me with this cost soon. Sign up was easy and the price and coverage is much better than I've paid with other companies.

Spot is Great!!
Anytime I call them, they answer my questions clearly. I am very happy with the service and the coverage. The only issue is moreso with my vet, where he handwrites his invoices, so its difficult for Spot Insurance to translate all the services that was offered and how much they cover. This adds to the wait time for my reimbursement and probably the only issue I face but it's not with Spot.
