I have only been with SPOT for a very short while but so far I am very pleased. The signup process was easy and the premium was very satisfactory. I have already submitted several claims but since I haven't reached my deductible yet, I can't comment on the reimbursement process.

11/28/2023 My cancellation with Trupanion Pet Insurance is due to the outrageous $50. price hike in monthly premiums with no warning and truly what I consider, taking advantage of pet owners. I have been extremely disappointed in their customer service apathy and overall experience. I have a healthy 6-year-old lab. If I was to continue with his policy, the price would have increased to over $1500. annually until the next hike, out of nowhere!!! I was told they have a high overhead when I called because I was certain it had to be an error. It wasn't. Open your own pet insurance savings account. Total waste of money being the victim!
