Pricing. You guys are much more expensive than any of your competitors. If I didn't need insurance so quickly for my new jeep I would have gone elsewhere to save almost 80 a month

Date policy went into effect vs date paid
Our dog had existing coverage and I provided all requested proof/declaration page - we should not have had the waiting period before coverage began. We pd on 1/19 told not active until 2/5. I'll be interested to see when they charge us for following month- hopefully its off the effective date going forward.
