Horrible company! RUN FAST
Horrible company!! Had a traumatic Week of unexpected emergencies and illness with my baby chihuahua -racked up 4 invoices /claims. This company kept my claims in “Review” for 9 weeks. They kept posting “need all records “BS” she is a BABY and only had ONE wellness besides vaccinations—NO ONE ANSWERS A PHONE NO ONE RETURNS CALLS - once they get you to sign up WATCH OUT - they ended up denying all claims - these were EMERGENCY VET claims with a baby WITH NO MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR HISTORY—-RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT COLLECTING PREMIUMS-They could care less about your animal or your finances —WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Excellent service!
Unfortunately, both our dogs have had to use extensive & expensive specialty veterinarian services. Thankfully, we had purchased Healthy Paws insurance as soon as we brought them home when they were pups. The claim processing has been easy, fast and efficient. Their policies and coverage are very clear and re-explained with every claim. There have been no surprises. We have been very happy with Healthy Paws and highly recommend them!

Ashley D was amazing. I called because I had heard that there were a lot of changes happening with the pet insurance mostly that policies couldn't be changed as easily as before. Ashley went through everything with me one by one making sure I understood the ins and outs of my policy and made sure I was happy with the coverages I had. After paying $50.00 a month for 6…
After paying $50.00 a month for 6 months I submitted my claim for $632.55. I have a $500 deductible and 80% claim. Instead of taking the $500 off first leaving a return of $132.00 they took off the 80% and which left $506. then they take off the the $500 which leaves me $6.04 for a $632 bill instead of $132
