Your claim response is wonderful
Your claim response is wonderful. You always complete account claims and send out refunds if necessary. It’s in a timely fashion. The only thing I’m not happy with the company is that it’s hard to actually physically speak to someone on the phone. I’m not good at chatting. And I haven’t even seen that. But I wish you could make actual customer service people more available to your customers.
