Missy cat says Thank you!
I was bit by a bully cat that hangs around my condominium complex. I ran back home. I hurt so bad, that I crawled into my bed and lay there with my eyes closed. My owner took me to the veterinarian, but they found nothing even though I cried when they picked me up. A couple of days later, my owner felt the large bump on my right side. She took me to the 24/7 Animal Hospital, where they found the huge abscess and drained it. But the abscess was not completely drained, so my owner returned with me a couple days later to get the abscess drained again. I hate medicine, but the pill my owner now gives me twice a day is making sure the infection goes away. Now I'm as talkative, energetic, and playful as I was before being bitten. My owner is extremely grateful to Many Pets because he would not be able to afford the medical care that I received. Thank you Many Pets!

Easy and fast claim process
I have filed several claims throughout my dog’s cancer treatment. It’s super easy to file online or through the app. You answer a couple of questions and upload a receipt. They give you a timeframe of 5 weeks for the claim but it’s usually faster than that. All my claims (between July and November 2023) have been reviewed, approved and paid out within 2 to 3 weeks. Pets Best have literally been a life saver. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I advise against opting for Trupanion…
I advise against opting for Trupanion for Dog Insurance coverage. Representatives, including Supervisor Mel, seem to manipulate reports to deduct the deductible from each medical invoice as per their convenience. Owner are left with thousands of dollars in deductibles. Buyer beware. Older dogs, which need more care, get less and less coverage.

Tried to file a claim and they said I…
Tried to file a claim and they said I couldn’t file a claim within the two week waiting period. I have been with the company for seven months with my puppy. And because their decision was final- I now have to fight it with their insurance company Haven insurance. It has been over a month and I still have not heard a decision.

Shady "claims surcharge" introduction
We have been with Fetch for both of our dogs for 3 (younger) or 4 (older) years. The premiums have been ticking up annually, but usually manageably. In 2023, they decided to introduce something they have called a "claims surcharge" - essentially a penalty for having used your insurance. It took months of talking to tens of customer service people to figure it out, but we ultimately found out that there are 10%, 20% and 30% penalty tiers based on how many years you have been reimbursed over $250 for. We were in the 20% camp. With a 6 year old dog, 20% of our premium in surcharge is A LOT of money - more money than we were willing to pay on top of the already-sizeable annual premium increase. We were also told that it would take 3 years of claims under $250 to be reduced to the 10% penalty camp. This whole thing seems SUPER SHADY and we have cancelled and are taking our chances with a new insurance company as we can't keep paying hundreds of dollars per month only to get slapped with a "claims surcharge" for ever using the insurance we pay so much for. Hard nope. Do not recommend.
