Very easy to customize your coverage for your pet. It also provides option to add wellness coverage, which I liked a lot. Have not had the need to submit a claim as of yet, but I am hopeful it will be as easy as my sign-up process.

Our seven month old pup was diagnosed with Giardia and Lyme in the same week. We were devastated but so thankful we had Pet’s Best. Our claims were approved easily and allowed us to care for our puppy and not be as stressed about finances.

Gladly pocket premiums, but don't pay claims
Paid premiums on auto draft. 1st claim submitted for kennel cough on both dogs. Claims turned down. Called for reason told couldn't get histories from the vet previously taken ( even though they had history on one since he was only 16 weeks old and history was vaccinations only). The sad part was that the claims would have only applied to deductible. No $ at stake. Both claim on both dogs rejected. Cancelled these crappy policies and evidently wasted the premiums paid. Do not risk your pets' health's with this so-called insurance. I received so-called explanations and stand by my review. I would give 0 stars to this horrible company that would not even apply the $toward a high deductible with clear verifications from vet of illness and histories that they refused to accept. They gladly accept $ but forget ever getting Claims paid if your histories with your dog were previously only for vaccinations.
