I have experienced the upmost professionalism and dedication to service from this company since I enrolled over a year ago. I have submitted multiple claims and my coverage has been as promised. Customer service was great the one time I called to ask a question. The phone App I use to submit claims is smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this company for pet insurance based on my experience thus far.

Totally recommend it.
Friends had always told me to get this plan for all my former dogs. For the 1st time, I decided to try this plan out now with my new puppy. OMG... it's a great plan. It's amazing and it's worth having. I just went to this emergency with my puppy who was vomiting so much, I thought I was going to lose him. Thanks to this plan I was able to pay all the bills. I would definitely recommend it to friends and I regret not having it in the past with my other dogs, as one of them had diabetes.

Coverage was there when needed.
My dog was recently diagnosed with an oral cancer. The diagnosis itself and treatment following was distressing to me and difficult for my dog however knowing she has had an Embrace policy throughout her life has made the process so much easier. I know she can get the treatment she needs. You never want to need to use your pet’s insurance benefits but what a relief to have coverage when illness occurs. The claim process was so easy to do and Embrace reimbursed me in just a few days.

Great experience w/ Embrace
I’ve been w/ Embrace for almost 7 years. Just recently I’ve had to file 2 claims because my dog got really sick. Filing claims online have been super easy. I made sure my vet gave me an itemized receipt w/ a diagnosis & submitted that with the claim. Turn around time to get payment reimbursement was not long at all, maybe a week or week in a half. Such a smooth process & they made sure to explain reimbursement & what’s not covered & covered.
