I have had this policy for multiple pets for about 8 years.Their customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable. It should be noted that unless submitted claims are clearly itemized the claims are denied. You need to get a representative who will advise exactly what is required from your vet for reimbursement under your policy. Although this can be a hassle their representatives are very helpful and extremely compassionate. My most recent experience was the same as prior submissions and the claims finally paid. Suggestion: If Embrace added what specific detailed information is required on their claim forms (which are very generic) it would be more efficient and then they would absolutelyreceive 5 stars from me.

Really easy to get it auto and home insurance without leaving your couch and if you bundle home and auto insurance you get discount. Much better than the traditional way of insurance.

Great service from Fetch!
We signed up for Fetch when we got our new puppy. About 2 months after we got him, he injured his knee when he fell awkwardly trying to jump onto the bed. It required a complex and costly surgery to repair his knee. We submitted our receipts online and after a brief review Fetch deposited the insurance claim directly into our account. It was extremely easy to use the Fetch app. It made our stressful situation a lot easier to manage. Thanks Fetch!

Really impressed
Really impressed! They process the claims and payout really quickly. The cost is really competitive and they cover pretty much everything. I have called a few times about changing payments and the customer service is awesome. I spent a lot of time researching who to choose and I am so glad I found them :)
