Fast turnaround for claims
Having spot insurance has saved me so much money!! Especially after we discovered our fur baby has a heart murmur. Claims are easy to file out just make sure you always take a photo of your medical bills so you can upload them right away. Submitted a claim and was completed in 4 days!! If you don’t have pet insurance I highly recommend Spot!!

I was worried when I saw the negative reviews here, but my experience was fortunately the exact opposite! My cat had to have an emergency exploratory surgery. My claim was processed and I was paid in less that two weeks. I am very pleased so far with this company and I plan to keep my cat's policy with them.
