I have not received any documentation…
I have not received any documentation on my policy other than what has been emailed. When I log into the account, sometimes I see my two claims that I submitted and sometimes I don’t. One claim was denied very quick because it was an exam and shots which was not eligible, but I thought that I took out additional coverage for this. However I cannot verify cause I have no documents. It has been over a month now and the ER claim has not been reviewed. When I log in and select claims. It shows no claims. I log in again and they show. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied at the time. My breeder even recommended this company.
