Prompt and helpful
Yhey always covered everything they said they would cover and in a timely manner. The few times I had to speak with anyone on the phone everyone was very polite and informative.

please be warned...
please be warned.... once you chose your pet insurance you will never be able to change companies when you dog has issues..... so i chose metlife because they were the lowest cost and were great the first time i used them.... i was repaid in days BUT.... my claims now take 3 months if i am lucky.... and that means daily calls for 12 weeks i am told they are working on the claim but i need to be patient.... well so far i sent in the same claim they have lost 13 times.... do not use the mail address...... no one opens those..... if you use email.....call to make sure they will process.....sometimes it gets stuck inside their email system i wish someone warned me as my dog has a pre existing alergy and i must live in hell dealing with a company where no one processes any thing warn others and run fast from metlife pet insurance.....feel free to contact me....i have all the phone calls and emails.... willing to start a class action lawsuit if others join me

It's been about 1yr since I have had insurance for my two cats and it is the best decision I made my cats have received the care they have needed I think manypets is the best for insurance for older cats the premiums can't be beaten. Also the representatives are very knowledgeable and they really show that they care for you and your pets and they are all the nices people you can talk to. I am happy to be part of an insurance company that really cares and it shows. I would recommend manypets to anyone who has a pet. I even tell people how good manypets is and all I can say THANK YOU manypets for giving my furr baby's a policy it means alot to me

We went through a truly awful…
We went through a truly awful experience with our female 7 year old Whippet Mix, Thalia, being diagnosed with a tumor attached to her spleen. She wouldn't eat and was very sick. Taking her to the Vet, she was given meds to help her appetite until we could get her to surgery. In the midst of this diagnosis, my husband became ill too. If it wasn't for Embrace Pet Insurance, between Thalia's vet bills and my husband's medical bills, it would have been horrific. Embrace's app on my phone made submitting claims so very easy when I needed easy!! They would let you know that your claim was under review as soon as they received the claim. And would let you know it was processing and when your check was being sent. Thank you Embrace for helping me in a dire time in our lives. Unfortunately, we lost Thalia because the tumor had taken over her whole insides. And even in the end, Embrace sent us a beautiful condolence card when we least expected. We miss our girl and will forever; but companies like Embrace are there throughout. I would highly recommend this company to any furbaby owner. They were there for us.

Best pet insurance!!
Truepanion has saved my dog and continues to help us as we have a doodle that is a medical mystery apparently. He had a surgery 5 years ago that was 10,000 and we would have had to make the decision every pet parent dreads. Thanks to Truepanion coco lived thru the surgery, but unfortunately fell ill recently with more bladder issues and true to fashion they were right their for us still to this day! We are still trying to figure out what is going on with our boy but money is not a worry we can focus on our boy and not worry about what other bill isn't getting paid or the worst decision you have to make. Thanks again for being amazing Truepanion!!!

One adjuster disapproved one claim based…
An adjuster disapproved one claim based on a previous mast cell tumor stating that in the fine print all future masses were not coverd as it's a pre-existing condition. Did you know that 65% of all Goldens get cancer and that 'Breed' is also a pre-existing condition as well as you taking my premiums each month? Indicating to me that the dog is protected?

"BUYER BE WARE"
If you are thinking about buying a policy from "Fetch Pet Insurance" "BUYER BE WARE". This company can find more ways not to pay you. I have submitted 7 claims during the last 10 mos. totaling almost $2k but I only have received $104 in return. Don't waste your money. It takes forever to get them to respond to you and next to impossible to actually talk with a real person. I shall be posting on Yelp, Facebook, and any other social media sites to warn people of this company. Needless to say I won't be renewing my policy with them.
