I received very prompt payment of my claim. I did have to call for assistance with the auto pay function and received excellent service from a domestic call center associate who was patient and easy to understand.

I've heard good things and I've heard some not so good revues but I've had nothing but satisfactory service. Coverage has been excellent for routine visits and vaccinations, that's a huge chunk of my expenses for 2 dogs, a 1 year old large dog, and a 6 yo with small dog issues! My husband doesn't usually spend money on extras but he is very happy he invested in Pets Best!

Easy and reliable
Spot Pet Insurance has made pet insurance easy and reliable. Our dog has the mystery illness that has been going around the country and we have racked up quite a few vet bills over the last month. We've submitted everything to Spot in their online portal and within a few days the claim is processed and the reimbursement is in our account. The ease in submitting claims and quick turnaround time has certainly taken a burden off of us while we care for our little one.
