Look elsewhere.
I paid my payment every month. Submitted a claim. They asked for all my dogs records. I gave it to them. The bill was way over my deductible and was not a regular visit so they should have paid. It took over a month for the claim and they denied it. Do your self a favor and look somewhere else!

if i didn't have this policy for such a long time i would drop it in a heart beat on a 680.00 dollar bill u covered 35.00 and not to cover a exam fee how the hell is the doctor to help the animal he he does not exam him i wouldn't recommend trupanion

Wouldn't go without it.
I've always had a great experience with Embrace. There have been no issues paying for my pet's vet bills and getting fast reimbursement from Embrace. My cat got diagnosed with cancer and her medical bills have been mostly covered for the entire year of her treatment so far. It's literally life saving coverage. I don't know what I'd do without it!
