MetLife was the Silver Lining
After 48 hours of diarrhea from both of our 6-month-old French Bulldogs, we had to bring them in for an emergency evaluation. After spending $3,000 and a 7-day course of pre-biotics, they are now back to normal. The positive aspect of this situation is MetLife Pet Insurance. We have always had insurance for our previous pets with other providers, but they all pale in comparison to MetLife. The process for submitting a claim was so efficient that it was almost hard to believe it was that simple. I filled out the claim form online, attached the detailed treatment receipt, and received confirmation of the claim receipt within 1-2 days. We were then reimbursed within 7-10 days. I highly recommend MetLife to anyone in the market for pet insurance.

Worst insurance provider ever
Worst insurance provider ever! They are a scam. I had all of my bill of health documentation and they still denied all my claims. Even simple claims for an ear infection. Do not trust this business. They take your money and do NOT reimburse claims.

Very Responsive Service
Our rescued cat has required bladder stone surgery and prescription food to keep her healthy. Response to claims has always been quick and claim submittal couldn't be easier.
Great support and service
PetsPlusUs has been amazing for our family since 2015, when we got our Dalmatian and German Shorthaired-Pointer puppies. They are both now 8 years old. Recently, our Dal jumped too high for a frisbee and had an "off" landing. The result was that he through his back out. PetsPlusUs has covered not only our dogs' wellness needs like annual exams and monthly parasite medications but also the extra care required for their allergies, injuries and continued wellness. We also have PetsPlusUs coverage for our cat. We intend to stay with this insurance company when these ones pass and we begin the cycle of loving again.
No Wellness Coverage :( but Kind CS Team
Trupanion was available quite quickly when my cat was suddenly ill. the staff was so compassionate and understanding. they process the claims within a matter of days. however, the downside is there is no Wellness coverage…

Don’t waste your money
I don't know what I'm paying for every month. I don't even know what I am insured for. Even new illnesses are not covered by insurance because of some unexplainable excuse. I was thinking of changing to another insurance company, but I thought it would be the same in other countries, so I didn't change my mind.

No Reponse
I submitted online a claim 4 days ago but there was no response from them. I went online into my account to check my claim status and it still just has the automated generated "in review" arrow ever since I uploaded the documents. However, my uploaded documents were in an unread status. It just felt there was no one there. I will have to call them tomorrow. Will give an update then.
