The way you file your claim is very confusing. It makes you think you aren’t being reimbursed correctly if you possibly choose the wrong option. I dislike it and will consider alternative companies in the future

I love Trupanion
I love Trupanion. Enrolling takes 5 mins and the premiums are affordable with a choice of deductibles. But that's not what I love about Trupanion. I am not a new client. We had Trupanion insurance with our last dog, who developed a liver problem aged. 5. This was very traumatic and sadly, we were not able to save her. Trupanion was with us all the way, reimbursing medical expenses promptly, compassionate as well as efficient customer service, making it easy to file claims. This is a fabulous service, worth every penny. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Great Insurance!
We've had Trupanion insurance on our dog since she was just a new puppy and have always been very happy with their quick response to claims. Insurance seems to be a must these days.
Piece of mind
I have not needed to use Figo Pet Insurance yet. My contact by email to Figo customer service was handled quickly and efficiently. Just feels great to know I have this insurance for my chihuahua.

Best Medical Insurance For Your Pet..EMBRACE
Embrace is one of the most responsive & fair Pet insurance companies I've ever had. My dog stopped eating becoming very lethargic & unresponsive. After leaving him at the vet hospital for test we found that he renal failure and infected bladder. Treatment & medication were given, but did little to cure his particular problems. He passed at home in his sleep two days later. I filed a claim with Embrace the following week and had an approval the very next week. Thank you Embrace...one of the finest pet insurance companies I've ever used!

Our dog has had some major health problems recently that without pet insurance I don’t know how we could have made it. I can never say enough great things about Embrace, within 2 weeks of filing a claim Embrace had approved and deposited the money in my bank account. It’s bad enough having a sick pet…
Pet insurance isn’t worth the money if they NEVER cover anything. Not to mention my monthly payment went up 32 dollars for the same useless insurance.
