Need to improve processing of claims
Love the benefit itself but totally dissatisfied with the lengthy time to process claims and get reimbursed. It’s taking 4-6 weeks and that is way too long and frustrating.

I had checked around for pet insurance and found that the ASPCA had the best insurance at a price I could afford. Add to that the fact that I totally approve and support their animal welfare efforts.

There when you need them!
I have had Trupanion for my fist dog for the last 3 years. I purchased it when he was 1 so some claims were tagged with "pre-existing" conditions for large breed dogs, I initially thought I was flushing my money away. However in the past 6 months he has had cruciate knee surgery, which would have cost me a small fortune. Thank goodness I have Trupanion. They paid directly to the surgeons office saving me a lot of stress and financial burden! Thank you for allowing pet parents to care for their babies and not have to worry about cost. Thank you for listening compassionately to appeals and not immediately denying. We are so very pleased with Trupanion!
