BEST experience Exceeded expectations Bought if for my young puppy. Never thought I would use it. About 9months she injured her shoulder. SPOT had been excellent. Start forward on what they cover and reimbursement was received quickly.

I had to take my little girl to the vet because she would not eat. She had a blockage and required Surgery which was about $5000. The policy reimbursed a major portion of my out of pocket expense.

Highly Reccomend!
I've been using Healthy Paws for three years and I've recommended them to everyone I know looking for pet insurance. The rates are reasonable, my claims process very quickly, and it's allowed me to get care for my dog that I otherwise simply wouldn't have been able to afford. As someone with a pet with chronic digestive issues, it's made caring for him much less stressful.

So far, so GOOD
I have only been with SPOT for a very short while but so far I am very pleased. The signup process was easy and the premium was very satisfactory. I have already submitted several claims but since I haven't reached my deductible yet, I can't comment on the reimbursement process.
