Don’t waste your money
I don't know what I'm paying for every month. I don't even know what I am insured for. Even new illnesses are not covered by insurance because of some unexplainable excuse. I was thinking of changing to another insurance company, but I thought it would be the same in other countries, so I didn't change my mind.

No Reponse
I submitted online a claim 4 days ago but there was no response from them. I went online into my account to check my claim status and it still just has the automated generated "in review" arrow ever since I uploaded the documents. However, my uploaded documents were in an unread status. It just felt there was no one there. I will have to call them tomorrow. Will give an update then.

I cannot believe there’s actually a Pet Insurance company that not only accepts exotic animals, but makes claims easy to file, pays 90% and gets you your money back quickly. Also, in my case, when my pet passed, they did not make it difficult to cancel. Cynthia, who handled my case, was the most empathetic and helpful person I’ve ever spoken to in insurance.
