We recently got a new kitten. The customer support was very helpful in explaining the policy and getting us signed up. What we don’t expect was having to rush our kitten Ruhnn to the emergency vet so soon. Everyone at Trupanion were so helpful throughout the entire process. They worked hand and hand with the clinics to ensure that we were able to save our little kittens life.
