Canceling both of my policies.
Sunny is the rep I spoke with regarding my claims. One dogs was approved and the otherwise still pending. Claims were submitted on 11/29/23, one says its was paid on December 6, but bank has still not received it, and the other although the same Wellness claim as the first still has not even been approved. When I questioned Sunny regarding this I was told it is not our problem if the bank doesn't process the direct deposit. It is no almost 2 weeks, and that's the attitude I get. I would like to can El both policy's, I will be moving to another carrier. Phone call was 12/9/23. I am not going to spend over 100 a month to be treated like that.

I signed up for this insurance for a rescue dog that has since gone to a new home.
I signed up for this insurance for a rescue dog that has since gone to a good home. I used it to get him neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to see my reimbursement. The wellness plan is paying for less than 50% of what I spent plus the $97 a month for 2 months while I had this dog. In this case definitely not worth it. If I had a long-term pet it may be more useful.

Peace of mind during a really challenging time
Over the last four months both of my dogs have gone through some horrible luck landing both of them in the ER and hospitalized several times for different conditions. Pets Best has been a lifesaver knowing that I can rely on the reimbursement of all of these claims. Most claims are reimbursed quite timely, but all have eventually been resolved and have a clear explanation of benefits. The phone support has also been helpful when there was some questions about claims.
