I lost my 1 year old Frenchie and had additional questions for fetch. I worked with Kelsy who was an absolute sweet heart. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even gave additional information and benefits that was available to us during the loss of our furbaby. In today's time it's really hard to find good customer service but Fetch you have hired amazing individuals to represent your company. I was very pleased with my service today.

What am I paying for?
So not only did the company significantly raise their prices, providing terrible excuses as to why, the first time we actually submitted a claim, that was a significant emergency for my dog, they practically didn't cover anything. I'm damn near paying for their highest coverage, only to not have nay of my dogs bil covered at all. Nearly $1200 bill and they covered $75.00 of it. With the ridiculous cost of the deductible fee and the significant increase to my monthly bill, I'm heavily considering canceling my account. I would honestly probably be saving money that way. If I could give no stars I would.

Covered dog's emergency visit and TPLO surgery due to injury/CCL tear
We are lucky we signed up for pumpkin. We talked about it for a while and never did and then decided to right before a trip and an annual checkup with the vet. That week, our dog went to jump on the bed and tore her right CCL and needed TPLO. Had to send pumpkin a million documents from her vet visits, but they covered it. Originally put it on carecredit and completed the claim process which took 7 weeks and then they paid the claim out within the week that they approved it. Unfortunately her left back leg CCL is completely torn now. Hoping they cover this one since it tore compensating for the right side. We have the unlimited plan.

I strongly suggest looking at other pet insurance this company does not explain their policy correctly our dog was completely healthy when I took out this policy he was diagnosed with heart worms months later while being on heart worm prevention they denied his claim for treatment don’t trust this company.

You payed less than half of my claim. The total bill/claim was directly from the vet. I went in for one reason only. The only reason you got two stars was because of the first claim or I would have given you one.
