Very Satisfied customer
Your claims department is very efficient, handles claims quickly and made it easy to speak to my claims adjuster. I had to do an appeal and it was handled very quickly as well. I am very satisfied with the service Embrace insurance provides.

Took a long time to process my claims…
It took you 29 days to process my claim. I had to call twice. A week apart both times. Every time they told me "we don't know what's taking so long". I even asked if there was anything I could do to help. They said call back at 30 days and we can dispute the claims to see what is taking so long and magically the day before the 30 days the claims were finished. I understand you're a busy company, but I pay a lot monthly for this service and I would just respect timely service in return.

I did my research on pet insurance companies out there. Spot was in the top 3 on Forbes. I chose Spot not only because of their ratings, but affordability and coverage. Im very pleased with Spot and would recommend it to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I have not used the insurance yet but…
I have not used the insurance yet but so far so good. Seems to have a good amount of coverage. I gave 4 stars as there is a glitch when paying on the website. It kept saying a CVV error but then I checked my bank account the next day and there was a charge (and refund) for each purchase attempt. It of course eventually worked but it took about 15 times.

Once established, it is very easy to submit claims and receive reimbursement through direct deposit. Customer service is very helpful anytime I have a question. I definitely recommend MetLife Pet Insurance.
