Long waits on telephone. Web site not working. Sent vet name etc yet vet has not received any request for info. Over a week waiting.

The submission and payment process was easy to navigate. They did email me instead of the clinic for records and I had to call to actually get my claim processed but it was great to know pumpkin had my back when making financial decisions for my pets care
