Zips TPLO surgery
Never thought having insurance and a pet would come in handy, Zip hurt her leg playing outside and thank God I had Trupanion insurance, the claim process was easy and I would recommend it to all pet parents. Trupanion is now offering Christmas "advice" instead of paying its claims on time. Read the stock pages; the company is in the dumps. Meanwhile, premiums are way up. No wonder our cat George thinks Trupanion is a Grinch.

Lifesaving support for my beloved Havanese
A year ago Murphy, my 12 year old Havanese, was diagnosed with cardiac valve disease. He has required several trips to the ER, a number of diagnostic tests, followup with a Veterinary Cardiologist and a number of medications. I’m happy to say his condition has stabilized however I could never have afforded the excellent care he has received if it weren’t for Trupanion. They have provided prompt and significant financial support. The ease of submitting the bills, the prompt acknowledgement reimbursement of them has eased my stress and worry, and has allowed me to enjoy this time with Murphy. Thank you!

Annual price increases too much
The annual price increases are too much. Premiums for my young German Shorthaired Pointer have increased by at least $10 a year, every year, even though we have not had a claim paid. Good service but price is just getting too high.
