The absolute worst insurance company
The absolute worst insurance company, I would not recommend them to anyone. I would put zero stars if that was an option. On going issues for 5 years.

Claims are taking too long to get…
Claims are taking too long to get reimbursed. I have made several claims over the last few months and they take so long to process them. I put the vet bills on a credit card and the claims are never done before my payment is due so I am paying a lot of interest. Some are just prescription claims and still take atleast a month.

Thankful for Spot!
We have been debating on getting insurance for our pets and we are glad we finally decided on Spot. It was super easy to submit claims for both our fur babies, and we got information on our reimbursement within a few days. We are thankful we went with Spot insurance!

Poor customer service
I spoke with a representative in the phone a few days ago and she was unhelpful and not epithetic. State, “wow, you see to go to the vet a lot”. She told me to email her a receipt and I didn’t and did not hear back.

Not sure the coverage is worth the cost
I’m paying over $100 a month for two dogs to have policies and none of our services have paid any thing back with the exception of $40 for Monte.

Pretty quick to cancel your policy if…
Pretty quick to cancel your policy if you miss a payment. Had the wrong card in after closing it. No phone call, just a statement in the mail. Then they charge a reactivation fee. They need to do better on reaching out to their customers.
